Frustrated Maestros in Vermont

Traveling through Florida, Georgia, South and North Carolina...and up along the Atlantic Coast, we arrived in Essex Junction, Vermont. Our campsite for the pre-rally rehearsal and motorcoach rally was steps away from a large air-conditioned hall, where the events were held. The typical pre-rally day agenda included: breakfast, rehearsal of band and chorus, lunch, rehearsal, happy hour and dinner. When the rally began, our band leader, Charles Marston and chorus/rally organizer Diane Dubois led us through performances during the morning coffee hour. Dick joined a jazz group to play special events, while Marge caught up on relaxing reading outside the motorhome.
