Summer Wonders

Home after almost three months and over 14,000 miles. The scent of the pines are only a memory. We review the photos, remarking that no digital image can fully capture the majesty of the glaciers and blue lakes. The motorhome is unloaded, washed and reparked beside the house. Banff National Park was our favorite stop. We never tired of the sparkling blue lakes framed by moutain peaks and glaciers. Next on our list of favorites was the Black Hills and Spearfish Canyon. The trout streams, the spruce covered hills and abundance of wildlife makes this a special place. West Glacier Park will be remembered for the Going To The Sun road via a shuttle bus. At the top, we found snowbanks and mountain goats awaiting our visit.
Time to plan for another summer adventure? I think so.
