We spent the July 4th holiday with Eldon Slife, his son Chris, daughter-in-law Heather and (almost) 2 year old grand-daughter Trista. The barbeque feast was a treat, with salmon and Washington cherries to remind us of the local fare. The Slifes live east of Seattle in a beautiful park-like setting. If you travel to the Northwest, say hello to our "shirt-tail relations".
